Refund policy

All products sold by Wonderfully Early Years are digital PDF downloads. No physical items will be posted.

If you haven’t received your download, can’t open the file, or have received the wrong resource, please email wonderfullyearlyyears@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We’ll help you access your purchase or provide a replacement file.

If your digital content is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

For UK consumers, the usual 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends only when supply has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose that right. Where these conditions haven’t been met, your applicable cancellation rights remain.

For accidental or duplicate purchases, please contact us promptly so we can review your request.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.
